On Thursday 5/28 we have the Waylon Group seminar, "Success: Full Speed Ahead," from 10:30 till 11:45. Registration from 9-10:30.
Next Tuesday 6/2 begin to clear up and clean up. Paint your wall space if it needs it (paint and rollers available from Xavier) and plan the installation of your work. You must remove all of your belongings by the end of finals week 6/12 and leave your workspace as clean and tidy as you found it.
Final critiques will be 20 minutes each spread over two days. Be prepared with your artist statement and your installation complete at the beginning of the class period. Schedule soon (next post).

Week 7 & Week 8
Thursday, May 14, is a work day. I will not be in class but available during my drop-in office hours at 1pm. Come to the lecture at PAM at 6 and happy hour after!
Week 8: Tuesday is another "research roundup" with NEW (to you) artists presented to the group. Be prepared to talk about how these new influences relate to what you are doing now.
Thursday we will have a mini in-progress crit, a time to restate your plans for your final portfolio: what's changed from your initial proposal, how do you envision it all coming together? What will you focus on for the next two weeks?
